The Haven - Winster

The Haven is located below our Winster apartment centrally within Darwin Lake Village and overlooks the lovely lake.

The suite has a cosy warm design with a post-industrial modern feel. The Haven has its own kitchen and soft furnishings for relaxing with cosy and inviting log burner sitting central to the open living space.

For Corporate events we supply projector and screen, flip charts, pens, and pads all on request.

With The Haven we offer: -

A delegate rate with flexible service provision for guests. This starts from use of the space including bottomless teas/coffees and soft drinks, with additions all available from biscuits and cakes to lunches both hot and cold, BBQ’s, formal or informal dinners and breakfasts. Please just ask for more details and we will always endeavour to meet your individual needs. We can add Activities for team building or pure enjoyment including outdoor pursuits within our village and grounds including large lake or further afield in the amazing Peak District.

Large central dining / meeting area with flexible table sizing to suit your delegates / group formation.

3 large comfortable leather sofas around the log burner and 50” Smart TV.

A well-equipped Medium sized kitchen with two double ovens, large hob, fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and microwave.

Cloak room with washbasin and WC.

The suite also offers quite comers with seating for when you just want to read a book in peace or use the desk for your studies.  A selection of books and games are also included along with coffee machine.

The Haven can also be added on to Winster apartment to provide overnight accommodation for up to 4/6 with The Haven’s large meeting space below. Further rooms can be added from across the village to make up overnight stay numbers up to 110 guests as well.

Excellent locality to the fire pit perfect for BBQS and the rest of our village with 20 acre woodland and lakeside grounds that are all private for our guests enjoyment.
